In-Home Estimate
We come to you to measure your space, confirm prep needs, and review finishes. Your price is finalized on site and your date is reserved with a deposit.
STEP 2
On-Site Prep
We diamond-grind, repair cracks and moisture spots, and HEPA-vac the slab. Proper prep is 80% of a flawless floor.
STEP 3
Coat & Topcoat
We lay the base coat, broadcast flakes or metallics, then seal with a UV-stable topcoat. Ready for light foot traffic in ~24 hours.

How long does a typical garage take?
Most two-car garages are completed in 1–3 days. You can usually walk on it the next day and park after 48–72 hours, depending on temperature.
What’s included in my estimate?
In-home measurement, scope review, surface prep plan, materials, installation, and cleanup. We price transparently—no surprise fees. Any special slab issues (e.g., high moisture) are noted up front.
Do you handle surface prep and repairs?

What does your 15-year warranty cover?
